Detergent for Washing Waste Plastic 


Compare with fiber grade PET bottle recycling, bottle grade recycling has higher quality requirement and processing design. In recent years, BoReTech focuses on R&D of large-scale PET bottle recycling system and washing technology always at the forefront of the market. Accumulated our more than 20 years operation experience in PET bottle recycling filed, Our company Invented a kind of formular detergent for removing the oil, glue efficiently, what is more, it will collect the small contaminations in the tank and prevent it to re-attach on the flakes again.



MAJOR PROBLEM OF PLASTIC RECYCLING
Many small-sized PET flakes and light-weight bottle flakes float on the water
Hot washing agent produces a lot of foam in bottle pre-washing and hot washing

WASHNG AGENT - (BW SERIES)
As the function by Special Surfactants ,the remaining on the flakes are removed more efficient by BW in comparision with adhesives, soilings, fats and oils applying only NaOH
BW consists complexing agent to prevent from lime deposits and remove glue.

No dangerous dust
high temperature and alkaline stability
Comply with FDA § 177.1630. 
Use conductivity to control the dosing amount, which can be mixed in advance
Gentle cleaning is better than strong friction cleaning, Flake caustic will corrode the surface of flakes
The temperature is between 75°-90°, higher temperature is better
Only need to consider the medicament content brought by the moisture content, no need to consider the problem of plastic flake adsorption

DEFOAM - (BF SERIES)
Foam will be generated in nearly every plastic recycling process which will affect the washing performance, and prevents the separation of various polymers.
The defoamer can inhibit the generation of foam and improve the separation rate of different polymers. they also have deaerating properties.

DEAERATER - (BA SERIES)
The application of a deaerater can improve the separation of the different plastics. Due to its special wetting properties BA also improves the whiteness and brightness (e.g. better removal of adhesives).

Bottle Pre-washing Section 


This section uses special designed inner structure to cause friction for PET bottles inside the machine to remove most of adhesive labels, and uses the high-temperature chemical water to remove dirt, sands, glues, rubbers, metal and other impurities on the surface of bottles.
